First of all please check the following:
- Have you entered your card details correctly?
- Have you entered your delivery and billing addresses correctly?
- Do you have sufficient funds on your account to pay for your order?
If you’re on the app please also try completely closing it down. To do this on an iPhone you need to hold down the home button and then swipe Mallzee upwards.
