I placed an order but I have not received a confirmation email

Sometimes our emails go into the pesky spam folder 👎 so check there first! If you still can’t find it please go to the ‘My Account’ section of your Mallzee app. Check that you have entered an email address in the email field and that it is complete and correct. If this isn’t the problem either then please get in touch with us at support@mallzee.com so we can look into this for you.
